The Triton Swimming and Triathlon Team (TSTT) is a 501(c)3, U.S. Masters swim team located in the Los Angeles area. We practice in San Fernando and Sylmar regularly but also take trips to the ocean and nearby lakes. We compete in the Southern Pacific Masters Swimming (SPMS) division of USMS.

The Tritons are a unique Master’s swim team in that we offer individualized coaching in a team setting. We believe that everyone needs something a little different and specific to who they are and what they want to become, but, we also know that the greatest things are accomplished as a team. Triton coaches provide specialized workouts for anyone at any skill level (even those who have never swam before). It is essentially the merging of a private lesson and a team practice. Triton athletes have the opportunity to train individually and/or with other athletes, practice multiple strokes and/or build excellence in one discipline, or grow technical skills in the pool and/or technical skills in the open water.

Whether your goal is to finish first or, maybe, just to finish, we can help make your next race less frantic and more focused. By training with a group of like-minded athletes our experienced coaching staff can help individuals of all skill levels to reach their unique goals. Competition is not required.  Beginning swimmers are welcome and encouraged to join. If you can swim two laps in the pool, give us a try. Improvement is guaranteed!
